It is their policy QAIC to provide a committed, straightforward and cost effective approach to certification, one that encompasses all sectors of the business community, particularly the large number of SME's which make up the vast majority of UK industry.
The accredited scope of QAIC covers a wide range of industry sectors and, due to their policy of continued improvement, is being continually expanded.
The company operates throughout the UK from their Head Office in Darlington and a number of regional offices. Overseas clients are catered for by representation in the European Community and local assessors in several countries including the Middle East and Pakistan.
Assessment Procedure
QAIC's assessment procedures are tailored to suit the needs of the client, based on a number of stringent criteria, in order to ensure complete confidence and compatibility. Assessment consists of two stages. Quality document review and assessment visit. On completion of the assessment procedure a detailed report is issued.
Surveillance
QAIC's certification is validated every twelve months by re-issue of a certificate of registration and maintained by pre-arranged periodical audits to ensure continued compliance.
Mark of Approval
Companies certificated by QAIC Ltd are entitled to use the National Accreditation Mark (the tick & crown) in conjunction with their own Quality Approved logo on their business forms and stationery.
